Site doesn't work right

If you are viewing this site from an office computer you may experience problems with the images displaying. Unfortunately, office versions of Internet Explorer block our site and others like it to prevent employees from shopping while at work. You can try using a different browser like Goggle Chrome or Firefox. That usually fixes the problem.

If you are having trouble viewing this site, try going to "tools" on your browser and make sure that "Compatability View" is turned off. If that doesn't fix the problem please make sure that you have the latest version of JAVA installed on your computer. You can click the link below and follow the simple prompts, it is usually a fast an easy process.

Getting around the site
Navagating around the site is pretty easy.

You do not need to create an account to use the site or to order pictures, but creating one allows you to save a favorites list that you can accress from any computer and it will let you store your order history and billing information.

If you are choosing school pictures, after logging in you will see the list of classrooms on the left side of the screen. Click on your child's room. If you have more than one child in the school, be sure to check both classes, occasionally extra pictures are taken and they end up in both rooms.

On the top left corner, right over the image grid you may see page numbers, be sure to click through them all to find the images that you are looking for.

If you hover over an image you can either 'View' or add to Favorites. When you click View the image will get bigger (it may take a few seconds to load). At this point you can Buy the image or use the arrows on the left and right of the screen to advance to the next picture. You can also click on the image to make it even bigger and start a slide show.

If you add all of your favorites to 'Favorites' then click where it says 'Favorites' over the image, you can run a slideshow of just your favorites. 

To get out of the slideshow, click 'Exit Slideshow' at the top of the screen. To go back to the gride view, click on 'View' on the far right and a pop up window will open where you can select 'Grid.'

***TIP:If you end up either in your cart or on a product page and want to get back to the pictures, simply click on 'Go to' on the red strip near the top of the page.


Help Ordering Prints, Digital Files and Packages

To order prints, first put your mouse on the image you want to purchase and click 'View.' This will make the image bigger as well.

***TIP: to make the image even bigger, click on the image again, to go back, click on the 'Exit Slideshow' button at the top. To go back to the grid view click on 'View' and click 'Grid.'

To purchase this image, click 'Buy' and a fly window pops up with sizes in it. Choose your color and enhancement preference and select the quantity of each size print you want of this image. You can also order the digital file from here by choosing 'CD' as the print size. 

To order the image in a package instead of a la carte prints, after clicking 'Buy' click on 'Other Items.' From her you can order this image in a single or multi-pose package as well as any of the other fun products that we offer.

If you are ordering one of the multi-pose packages or the CD bundle, you will need to add additional images to your package. To do this, select your package add it to your cart then return to the gallery, click on an image you want in the package and click on the "Add To Cart Items" button. That will give you the option of adding that image to any multi pose packages in your cart.


When the pop up comes up, click continue shopping. Select the next image and instead of 'Buy' click 'Add to cart items', select the quantity and add it to your package.
