A week after the event

We will come by to drop off custom flyers and posters letting everyone know that the pictures are ready to be viewed and purchased. These items will be decorated with pictures from your event using images that the parents agreed to let us use on their permission slips.

The flyers will contain the password and instructions on how to use the site. Pricing and package information is on the back. If a parent requested a private gallery, they will have their own flyer with a picture of their child on it and a private password. All of the other flyers will be identicle.

Viewing and ordering

Pictures will be organized on our site by class to facilitate finding individuals. Parents can place their order right through the site and choose to pay by check, money order, credit or debit . Checks and money orders can be dropped off at the school and we'll pick them up when we drop off the prints. Parents can even request touch-ups or croping be done in the comment section at check out.

You can see how the online galleries are laid out by clicking on the "Client Images" tab on top of this page and then clicking on "Daycares and Preschools." Use the password "password" to see the sample gallery and view products, packages and prices. You can even practice ordering, but please don't check out completely!

Because we use an online viewing and ordering system, friends and family that are out of the area can view and order pictures as well. We can even ship anywhere in the continental US for just $6.

The viewing period is typically two weeks, but we can make it longer or shorter if you wish. After the viewing period is over, we need a few days to process the orders and get them printed. The prints will usually be delivered to the school within a week.

The prints will be in envelopes with the name of the person that placed the order on the front. The envelopes have a windaw so that you can see the pictures and will be in alphebetical order to make them easy to distribute.
