We want you to be absolutely overjoyed with your pictures. If your not for ANY reason, we want the opportunity to make it right.

- If you are not satisfied with the images, you can come in for a FREE reshoot session. Just contact us to set up your appointment. Your session will include 4 poses per child on the same backdrop and your will get the same pricing as the school photos.

- If you are not satisfied with your prints or products, contact us and we will either reprint the order to your satisfaction or issue a refund. Even if it wasn't our fault, we will work with you to find a solution to the problem.
