We retain all of the images that we take indefinately. Late orders are always welcome. The parent can simply contact us with the name of the school and child and we will set up an online gallery for them to order from. There is NO additional charge for this service and they will get the same prices, all we do ask is for a minimum order of $20.

If for any reason someone is not satisfied with their prints we will replace them free of charge, if minor touch-ups are needed to correct the problem, we will be happy to do this for them. If the prints can not be fixed to their satisfaction, they can return them for a full refund.

Reshoots can be accommodated at our studio in north Durham, by appointment. There is no extra fee for this either, and they will have the same pricing available to them as the rest of the school.
